Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your With Jéan pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns for a refund or store credit within 21 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached to avoid a restocking fee.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
